I took ownership of the Tattletone project, where I deployed a system to scrape data from a specific website, vectorize it into embeddings, and use an AI chatbot to respond to queries. This app was designed for dental doctors to answer questions from dental data and also integrated Shopify.
I assign roles based on each developer's strengths, such as giving embedding tasks to those skilled in that area. I assess the conflict and decide the best approach to resolve it, ensuring each team member contributes effectively.
I prioritize tasks based on what is best for the app, focusing on essential features first. I assess client demands and project needs, then tackle tasks one by one to ensure timely completion.
In a previous project, I prioritized backend development for pose analysis over UI design, explaining to the client that the system's functionality was more critical at that stage. This approach ensured we focused on the project's core requirements first.
